CSV Import Tips
A routine can be workouts over a period of time. For example, you can build a month long or multi month long program. Each name given in the Day column will be a unique, separate workout. For example, if you have an 8 week build muscle program training 5 days per week, you might use names like Monday Week 1 in your CSV file. Each new exercise for that day needs its own line, and the tool will recognize that it belongs to a workout based on the Day name. The Day names must match exactly or the system will create a new workout entry.
Columns:
Use these headers exactly:
Day, Order, Exercise Name, Sets, Weight, Reps, Rest Seconds, Superset Group, Rest between Supersets
Day and Order:
If you are working out from an extended program, I suggest that you use the Week and Day number in the Day name column. Order is simply the order you want the exercise to appear in the list. If you want Bench Press to appear first, put 1 in the Order column. If you want another exercise to appear after that, put a 2 in that column, and so on.
Supersets:
Exercises in a superset must share the same letter such as A or B. Leave blank if the exercise is not in a superset.
Text Rules:
Please do not use hyphens, underscores, or special symbols in exercise names. Periods, colons, and semicolons are okay.
Formatting Rules:
Do not add extra columns in between the mandatory columns. You can leave Weight, Rest Seconds, or Rest between Supersets blank if unknown. You can always adjust the rest timer inside of the workout. Upload only CSV files, no other file types are accepted at this time.
