This Privacy Policy applies to personal information provided to KeegNation Fitness ("KeegNation," "we," "us," or "our") through the services we make available, including the KeegNation Fitness web application and any associated pages that link to this policy.

This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information relating to identified or identifiable individuals ("Personal Information") when you use our platform. By using KeegNation Fitness, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, as well as information generated through your use of our platform.

Account & Identity Information

• Name, email address, and profile photo (via Google Sign-In)
• Username and account preferences
• Role designation (trainer or athlete)

Fitness & Health Information

• Body metrics (weight, height, and related measurements)
• Workout history, exercise data, and training routines

Usage Information

• Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app
• Device type, browser, and general location (country/region)
• Log data such as timestamps and session duration

How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Information to provide, maintain, and improve the KeegNation Fitness platform. Specifically, we use it to:

• Create and manage your account
• Connect trainees with their assigned trainers
• Display workout history, progress tracking, and body metrics
• Enable trainers to build and assign training programs
• Send account-related notifications and updates
• Diagnose technical issues and improve platform performance
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, nor do we sell your data to third parties.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

Trainers & Trainees — If you use KeegNation as a trainee, your fitness data and profile information may be visible to your assigned trainer. If you are a trainer, your profile may be visible to your clients.

Service Providers — We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the platform, including:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Google — sign-in authentication (OAuth)
• Apple — sign-in authentication (OAuth)
• Cloudflare — web hosting, deployment, and MCP server infrastructure
• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and purchases

These providers access your data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

AI Coaching Features (Opt-In Only) — If you choose to connect your KeegNation account to Claude AI, your profile information, workout data, and training history will be processed by Anthropic (the company behind Claude) to generate personalized workouts, programs, and coaching insights. This connection is entirely optional and requires your explicit consent at the time of setup. AI interaction logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. You can disconnect at any time by contacting us.

Legal Requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KeegNation, our users, or the public.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which operates on industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

While we take security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. AI interaction logs (MCP tool call records) are automatically deleted after 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

• Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Objection — Object to certain uses of your data
• Portability — Request your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 10. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.

KeegNation Fitness uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. These include:

• Essential cookies — Required for authentication and core functionality (e.g., keeping you logged in)
• Analytics cookies — Help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the platform.

Children's Privacy

KeegNation Fitness is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of KeegNation Fitness after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
